We offer two different support services for our QuickBooks clients.

Basic Support

For new users, we provide installation of the software and set-up of the company file.
For businesses already using QuickBooks, we review the existing company file.
We then train the business owner and staff on how to use QuickBooks efficiently.
Continuing support is provided on an as-needed basis.

Continuing Support

For new users we provide installation of the software and set-up of the company file.
For businesses already using QuickBooks, we review the existing company file and correct all errors.
We then train the business owner and staff on how to use QuickBooks efficiently.
In addition, our staff will provide monthly ON-SITE visits to assist in bank reconciliation, sales and payroll tax preparation, financial statement preparation and review with business owner.
